Hardware, software, service, and consulting are not refundable. Hardware and software sold by Quinntech Consulting, Inc. carries no warranty except that warranty offered by the original manufacturer. Service and consulting performed by Quinntech Consulting, Inc. carries no warranty. Quinntech Consulting, Inc. is not responsible for customer data for any reason including, but not limited to, failed backups, hardware failure, software issues, and service/consulting performed by Quinntech Consulting, Inc. Quinntech Consulting, Inc. makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability and is not responsible for any loss, tangible or intangible, for the use or failure of any product, or of any service performed by Quinntech Consulting, Inc.
